Directions for use:
1. Tear the perforated strip to open the box. Tear off one bag at a time and open at the tie handle end.
2. Place your food in the bag and remove any unnecessary air.
3. Tie the handles together to close the bag. Use the 'content and date' panels as a reminder of the food and freezing date.

Warning: Keep bag away from babies, small children and pets to avoid danger of suffocation. Allow hot food to cool fully before putting in the bag. Do not overfill. Do not use bag to cook or reheat food. Not suitable for cooking or reheating in a microwave or conventional oven. For defrosting food in a microwave, always refer to machine manufacturer's instructions and pierce at top of bag to allow steam to escape. Always remove bag with oven gloves. After emptying the bag, check that no plastic has stuck to the contents.
