Storage
Once opened, pour contents into a non-metallic container, cover, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
Instructions
Remove all packaging. For best results, microwave.
Microwave: 750W - 2 mins 30 secs / 850W - 2 mins
Empty the contents of the can into a microwaveable container, ensuring the water covers the pulses.
Cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (750W), 2 minutes (850W), stirring halfway through cooking.
Stir well and drain before serving.
Hob: 3-4 mins
Empty the contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Do not allow to boil. Drain well before serving.

I buy these all the time as great mix of beans as a base to a salad, mix all sorts with them, fish, meat, fresh leaves and ring the changes with any choice of seeds or spices. Dont understand the price rise in last 2 months though
Just great
I was delighted to find these. We should all be eating more pulses, but it's such a hassle to soak and boil them - rinsed, drained, tossed with olive oil and wine vinegar, lemon juice and chopped flat-leaf parsley this makes a really great side-dish to all manner of light lunches, and is as incredibly good for you as it is incredibly easy and incredibly cheap - and it's delicious, too. What more can you possibly ask?

Good value, nice mix of beans. Just add herbs, some finely chopped crisp veg, and feta for an easy, healthy lunch.
