Reared on organic grass and cereal for flavour and tenderness, these organic burgers are perfect for a quick and easy dinner or summer BBQ. Grill or pan fry as usual and then finish off on the for BBQ for 1-2 minutes each side. These moist, juicy burgers are full of flavour and pair well with fresh mixed salads, corn on the cob and roasted sweet potatoes.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC.

Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.

Grill: Medium heat 16-18 mins

Preheat grill to high. Reduce heat to medium. Turn frequently. Rest for 1 minute before serving.

Pan fry: Medium heat 12-14 mins

Heat 1 dessertspoon (10ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Turn frequently.

All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. All mince products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
