These were so tough. We marinated then cooked exactly the same way as we had a week before with some different brand organic chicken breasts and they were so difficult to chew. All 4 were tough.
Code on the pack was:
I might try again in 6 months to see if supplier has changed
We love that organic and free range chickens have a good life, but this chicken breast must be from an old broiler! The worst chicken I've ever had to chew on. Chicken breast is usually tender and succulent, but this was tasteless and tough. We stir fried it and I think it should be stewed or cooked in a soup. I gather others have unsuccessfully tried marinating it. So glad I only had 4 cubes. My husband binned his! Shame we don't have a dog.
