A wonderfully convenient and deeply flavourful vegetable, this cooked beetroot is ready to eat straight from the pack. It's instantly recognisable by its deep, vibrant purplish-red colour and its smooth, tender texture. The taste is intensely sweet and rich, with a distinctive earthy flavour that makes it stand out in any dish.
