Ocado Organic Portabellini Mushrooms.

These mushrooms have light brown to caramel coloured caps and off white or pink stalks. With a firm texture and earthy, slightly nutty flavour, these are versatile enough to work in lots of your favourite dishes and recipes. Chicken with Mushrooms and Black Bean Sauce
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 15 mins
Serves: 4

This delicious mix of classic oriental flavours is sure to become a new family favourite.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breast fillets, sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
5 cm root ginger, peeled and grated
350g mushrooms, halved
4 spring onions, trimmed
4 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
4 tbsp black bean sauce
1 pack noodles, cooked according to pack instructions, to serve
200g baby pak choi650g Ocado frozen stir fry mix
220g Ocado piccerella peppers

Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the chicken and stir fry over a high heat for 5 minutes or until pale golden. Add the stir fry mix, piccerella peppers, garlic, ginger and mushrooms and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

Step 2
Cut the spring onions in half lengthways then each into 4cm lengths; cut the pak choi in half lengthways. Add the onions and pak choi to the pan along with the wine and black bean sauce. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until the pak choi stems are tender. Serve immediately with noodles, or rice if you prefer.
