Product Information
Ocado Organic Red Onions.
Our red onions have a deep red, shiny skin and are firm to the touch. They're vibrant and flavourful, perfect for adding a pop of colour and taste to your dishes. Slice thinly and add to salads, sandwiches, burgers, or use as a topping for pizzas and tarts. They also work well when caramelised and added to soups, stews, and casseroles.
Top Tip!
To caramelise onions, slice thinly and cook slowly in a pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt until they turn a deep golden brown. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar or red wine for extra flavour.
