As 80g is 1 of your 5 a day, spinach is an excellent choice for a variety of hot dishes. It can be added to stir-fries, curries, and sauces, where it will wilt down to a fraction of its size. Its flavour becomes even sweeter and more balanced when cooked, making it a great addition to a wide range of savoury meals.

It’s perfect for adding to soups and stews to make them more hearty, or for using as a wholesome addition to casseroles and pasta bakes. You can also cream it with a touch of garlic and butter for a classic, comforting side dish.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume by Use By date shown.
Wash before use.

Cooking Instructions
Remove all packaging.

Boil: 2-3 mins
- Bring a small saucepan of water to boil.
- Add spinach and return to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

Microwave: 800W - 4 mins / 900W - 3 mins
Pierce bag in two places.
Place onto a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes (800W), 3 minutes (900W).
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
