Doesnt look right?
Theres something strange about thisit just doesnt look right somehow. The colouring is too pale the texture not grainy enough. Somehow just looks fake and plastic-like. It doesnt seem appealing, so I havent opened it yetdespite buying it a few weeks ago. Will keep it for emergencies.
very salty
This is verging on being too salty. Good flavour though.
Really tasty
I use this in a carbonara. I gather it's the authentic choice rather than Parmesan... Who knows?? It's also delicious eaten on its own. Really.... cheesy.
Nice one
Decent cooking cheese, salty enough and melts just fine. it'll be a regular buy for me.
Affordable romano
This isn't the best pecorina romano but it gets the job done. Flavour is fine, salty, and melts decently. Seems to get used up a lot more quickly than more expensive brands.
