These Red Tractor-certified chicken grills, flavoured with a chilli and paprika marinade, offer a warm and subtly sweet taste. Ready in under 15 minutes, they provide a quick and delicious protein option for weekday lunches or dinners. Serve up with steamed potatoes or rice, oven-roasted roasted veg, or a freshly dressed salad. They're also perfect for sharing if the sun is shining - simply grill or pan fry as per the guidelines, then place on a BBQ and turn frequently to give a BBQ flavour and a chargrilled effect.

Once opened, consume within 1 day.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown. Defrost in a refrigerator thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.

Remove all packaging.
Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.

Pan Fry: Medium heat
10-12 mins
Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Place grills in the pan and cook on a medium heat, turning occasionally.

Serving suggestion:
Cook as per the guidelines, then place on a BBQ for a further 5 minutes. Turn frequently to give a barbecue flavour and chargrilled effect.
