Storage
Once opened, pour contents into a non-metallic container, cover, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
Instructions
For best results, cook on the hob.
Hob:
3-4 mins
Empty the contents into a saucepan. Heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Do not allow to boil. Drain well before serving.
Microwave:
750W - 2 mins 30 secs / 850W - 2 mins
Empty the contents of the can into a microwaveable container, ensuring the water covers the beans. Cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (750W), 2 minutes (850W), stirring halfway through cooking. Stir well and drain before serving.

Great staple
Great canned beans at a fab price. I use these pinto beans often to bulk up dishes like chilli, and they make for great refried beans.

These (and all the Ocado own brand beans) are excellent. Soft and tasty. I use these in a chilli - makes the meat go further and adds another texture to the meat and kidney beans. Great in salads too!
