Excellent combination of sweet pepper taste, warm chilli flavour and bright colour.
Use in dipping salsas of all sorts, spicy Italian meatballs and stir frys. Dial up the heat by slicing across the chilli and include the seeds. Alternatively, slice down the chilli and remove the seeds for less heat.
In general the chillies in these packs are Fresno or Seranade varieties, which have a rating of 2,500 to 8,000 on the Scoville Heat Scale for Chilli Peppers, to put this into context the hottest chilli is at 15,000,000 and a Jalapeño would be 2,500.

Spicier than I thought! Really nice fresh flavour. Did have to cut the end off one though but apart from that...
1/5 chillies rotten
1/5 chillies in the bag were completely rotten. Not good.
sometimes mild, sometimes not so much
I love these chillis. They add a little pinch of hotness to the dishes. But they come out different. I had packs where the chilli was very mild, but I had also some when they were quite hot. Still love them!
lovely and mild
these chillies last and are quite mild so they're great fir meals with kids.
Not hot enough! If you want heat, go for scotch bonnets!
They really are mild
We always cut & place half of our fresh chillies in a jar topped up with oil which keeps them 'fresher' for longer. Last time we added some of these mild ones sliced larger for identification purposes. This's provided a delicious selection of hot & not so hot chillies for including in all sorts of meals & snacks. . Alone they're extremely mild, almost bland & a bit sweet, but mixed a few days with hotter ones they make a pleasant, tasty change.
