Serving Suggestion For a red onion garnish, peel and slice then sauté in a pan until caramelised, add a knob of butter and some chopped chives and serve over your favourite sizzling steak.

1. Peel Onions & remove outer skin. 2. Cut top and bottom off Onion and cut in slices or roughly chop. 3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan or wok at high heat. 4. Once oil has heated add the onions and stir occasionally. 5. Remove and serve after 5 minutes or once softened. Check food is piping hot.
I bought a pack of these over a month ago. As the only red onion fan in the family, I have been gradually using them in cooking and salads. I'm just on my last one and it is still as crunchy and fresh as the day they arrived. Very impressed and will be a regular buy!
