Boil: 20-25 mins
Wash before use. Combine 30g of lentils with 90ml of water. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the lentils have softened. Remove from the heat and drain any excess water.

Didn\x27t cook after 1 hour 15 minutes
Soaked these for 48 hours, cooked for 1 hour 15 minutes and they didn't cook properly. Also added more water during cooking. Crap quality and horrible. Ruined my dahl. Avoid.
