beautiful yellow pears
Not ripe and ready
to eat. Arrived very hard and all with very bruised skin. M & S conference pears are better. Will not buy these again
Really good pears
I buy these all the time. They ripen to being firm but tender. Skin hasnt ever been tough. Different to the very soft flesh & tough skin conference pear combo we dont like. For our taste these are better than any others & Ive tried
My regular purchase
Really like these pears, very juicy and crunchy with refreshing taste that s not too sweet. Became my regular purchase..
60p cheaper in Tesco - and nicer
As a product, they are ok and I have bought regularly despite the recent silly price increases. However yesterday Ocado didnt deliver them so I had to go to Tesco. Thanks Ocado for allowing me to find nicer pears elsewhere that are 60p cheaper!
Do not buy!
Never ripens, which is odd for a product that alleges to be ‘Ripe & Ready to Eat’, dry, tasteless, horrid tough texture. Save your money do not purchase. Ocado, your quality control should look at the produce it is passing off as edible……………………it’s not. Requested a refund.
