Cooking guidelines

Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.

Caution
Do not remove the chicken from the bag, cook in the bag. Take care when opening the bag as steam in the bag will be released. The bag will contain hot cooking juices. If cooking in a gas oven, ensure bag is not close to oven flame.

1. Preheat oven. Do not pierce the bag before cooking.
2. Place the chicken in its bag on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
3. With 30 minutes left to cook, remove from the oven and cut bag along dotted lines.
4. Return to the oven for the remainder of the cook time.
5. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.

All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. All chicken products should be cooked thoroughly, until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Full of Mexican-inspired flavours, this vibrant salad is ready in a flash. Want a bit more crunch? Try topping with broken up tortilla chips to add more texture. This would make a great take-to-work lunch – just wait to add the dressing until you're ready to eat.

Ingredients:
400g black beans, drained and rinsed
400g roasted red peppers from a jar, chopped
1 avocado, cut into chunks
4 tbsp chopped red onion
200g cooked chicken, chopped
2 limes, juiced
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 clove garlic, grated
200g babyleaf salad

Method
Step 1
Put the beans, peppers, avocado, onion and chicken (if using) in a large bowl.

Step 2
Whisk the lime juice, olive oil, cumin and garlic and season. Then toss with the bean mixture.

Step 3
Add the leaves to the bowl and toss to coat.
