Bought these in a Flash Sale but it wasn't worth it. Only one apple was edible. I peeled & cut off the mushy and bruised bits from the rest to put in a crumble.
Bought 5 packs for a cricket club weekend away 5 or 6 out of every bag were badly bruised-with really big bruises and some even had ridges in the apples so not sure what had happened to them! Requested a refund for 3 packs rather than the full 5 as we cut around the bruises so did manage to eat some of them, but very disappointing.
Ive never had a bad bag - my sons go through two bag per week and love these apples!
Bashed, bruised and mushy
I don't know why I keep buying apples from Ocado because they always arrived bruised or sometimes even with gashes in the flesh. Normally however it's just one or two in the bag. This time I bought 2 bags, 7 apples in each, and out of 14 apples 6 are so badly bruised all over that they are inedible. Not just a small bruise that you can cut off but several large bruises all over. The ones that are unbruised don't taste fresh. I don't know if the bruising is because of the packing robots at Ocado but I will buy my apples from a real life shop in future. I find in general that fruit and veg is not as good from Ocado and I tend to top up from the major supermarket beginning with S which has excellent apples and green veg.

Love these apples but regularly they last long and taste sweet and juicy perfect
Juicy and crunchy
Have been buying these for several weeks and they have always been really crunchy and very juicy.
