Love having one of these in fridge to make something like a chickpea stew a tad more exciting beyond the herbs and spices. This is a really nicely flavoured chorizo, and great value for the price versus weight.

always buy one on offer. good flavour and not too spicy. add to sauce, rice dish, brunches. never get bored!
