Made in the Navarra regions in north east Spain, this dry cured Spanish pork sausage is mildly spiced and seasoned with paprika and garlic. It has a rich, smoky flavour that's perfect for adding depth to your favourite dishes. Slice it thinly and serve with cheese and crackers, or add to stews, soups, omelettes and pasta dishes for a burst of flavour.

Top Tip!
Fry sliced chorizo until crispy and use as a topping for pizzas or salads. Or, add to a Spanish-style paella for an authentic taste of Spain.
