Cooking Instructions

Microwave: 900W - 4 minutes / 800W - 4 minutes 30 seconds
Remove all packaging. Rinse well. Place into a non-metallic bowl, do not add water. Cover and place onto a microwaveable plate and cook on full power.

Hob: 2-3 minutes
Bring a small saucepan of water to boil. Add spinach and return to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
