Wholesome and delicious
This ramen broth is both wholesome and delicious - if you know how to use it properly. This is how I use it and I can't get enough for it. It is super easy for a quick delicious midweek meal. I place a tablespoon of roasted sesame seed oil in a pan and add some chopped garlic, ginger and chilli. When the aroma starts to give up, I add the protein of my choice - usually some king prawns and some leeks. When the protein has browned, I add some light soy sauce and vegetables of choice (shitake or chestnut mushrooms, carrots, pak choi) and let them sweat for about 3 minutes and I add a cube of Knorr Chicken and then add half or more of the packet of Halo Ramen Broth. When it starts to boil, I add some Udon ramen. If you wish to make it look authentic, I guess you can add a soft boiled egg, sliced into two. Let the whole thing cook for about 15-20 mins to really get all the flavours to mix. Simply Delish! (I don't put any salt because the soy sauce, knorr cube and ramen broth are sufficiently salty).
Disgusting
Not sure how this got through quality control. It tastes appalling, like dirty water. Ruined my dinner.
