Great size, texture and has a lovely taste - the mint comes through a bit which is really nice and fresh and makes it unique to other brands.

great mellow taste

First time trying this & pleasantly surprised by the lovely mellow taste - a lot less harsh than some other halloumi cheeses tried. The texture is creamy so doesnt crumble when cut

Perfect halloumi

Tried this after reading the reviews and was not disappointed, may have moved into our number one halloumi spot ! Lovely light crispy texture when grilled, tasty but not too salty, crunchy but not hard, lovely soft fluffy inner texture. Already ordered another !
