Great alternative!
Used this at home to make pancakes and worked really well! Will be buying again
brilliant cookies and not an egg in sight
Son and I made some deliciously gooey vegan cookies with this today they were fantastic. This is a brilliant alternative from OGGS and really easy to use.
amazing
Followed their recipe on the www to make pancakes! They were amazing, delicious and turned out so well. Im now going to use this in cakes as my son has allergies to eggs, nuts and dairy. Amazing product.
Disaster
Bought as an egg alternative to make a birthday cake. Sponges did not rise at all and collapsed when removed from baking paper despite it being cooked. Given price would have been cheaper and a less of a disappointment to buy a ready made vegan cake.
not quite
I was sent this free in order to review and it's taken me a while to actually try using it. I followed the instructions and everything seemed to go according to plan but when the cake was 'done' it was still just really stodgy...not sure if I should've cooked for even longer or if it was just the product. Either way, I don't think I will buy this in the future.
Worked Well
I received this to review and used it to make pancakes and muffins. It did the job well, and would be a good egg-free substitute if that's what you need. However, it's less convenient than eggs as unless you need the full '4-eggs' worth, you need to measure out the quantity and then need to use the remainder within a week.
