2.The rarer Tobalá from Puebla

Ojo de Tigre Artisanal Mezcal is produced in small quantities by artisanal methods:


• Cooked in an underground stone pit oven.
• Fermented naturally in wooden vats.
• Distilled twice in cooper stills.


We honor Mexican traditions while looking forward by using ONLY cultivated agave. Although Tobalá agave is considered almost impossible to cultivate, we plant it from fertilized seeds of naturally grown agave plants, allowing us to use this rare product sustainably.
