Serves 4 amigos

Just add :
500g chicken fillet
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 red onion
2 peppers

1 Chop the chicken and vegetables into small pieces. Warm oil in a frying pan and sizzle chicken over high heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Add onion, peppers and seasoning mix and sizzle for 5 minutes more.

2 Warm Tortilla Pockets:
Do not heat or microwave Tortilla Pockets in package.
Microwave: Heat on HIGH 30 to 45 seconds using a microwave cover.
Oven: Wrap in foil. Heat at 160ºC (140ºC fan-equipped ovens) for 6-8 minutes.
Keep covered until ready to use.
