500g chicken breast
Lettuce
2 Chopped Tomatoes
Sour Cream
Old El Paso™ Think' N Chunky Topping Salsa
Serves 3-4 Amigos

1 Pre-heat the oven to 225°C (205°C fan assisted ovens/gas mark 7). Slice the chicken into thin strips.
2 Combine the crispy seasoning mix with the chicken and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl, stir until getting the chicken well coated. Place the strips of coated chicken on a baking tray and get them in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and crispy.
3 Serve with crisp lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream and Old El Paso Thick' N Chunky topping salsa on the table.
