Serves 5-6 Amigos
15 Mins
Just add
750g chicken fillet, thinly sliced
Crispy lettuce
1 red onion, sliced
2 peppers, thinly sliced
Classic Fajitas
1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Add the onion, peppers & seasoning mix and sizzle for a further 5 minutes.
2 Heat the tortillas:
Microwave: pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power (800 watts).
Open the pack, separate the tortillas.
Pan: Heat a pan and toast the tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides.
Wrap in a tea towel to steam.
3 Load the tortillas with lettuce, charred chicken, onion, peppers and saucy salsa.
Simply roll and enjoy!

Make your fajita veggie by replacing the chicken with sliced mushrooms & crumbled feta
