Cooking guidelines
1. Arrange the Nachips.
Pre-heat oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
Spread half the Old El Paso Nachips over the base of a baking dish.
Cover with 1 sachet of Nachos topping and half of the grated cheese.
Spread the remaining Old El Paso Nachips evenly over the top.
Cover with the other Nachos Topping sachet and the remaining grated cheese.
2. Cook the Nachos.
To microwave: Layer the Old El Paso Nachips & Nachos Topping on a microwaveable dish and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Time may vary depending on microwave.
Alternatively: Heat in oven for about 10 minutes (180°C, gas mark 4) until the cheese melts.
3. Enjoy!
Take the Nachos to the table and let everyone help themselves.
A great snack or the perfect way to start a Mexican meal. Enjoy!

Just add
150g grated mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese
1 avocado, roughly smashed
1 red chilli, chopped (optional)
Cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
100 ml soured cream
Handful fresh coriander
Classic Nachos
1 Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-assisted ovens), gas mark 4. Spread half of the Crunchy Nachips™ Tortilla chips in a medium sized baking dish.
Squeeze over one sachet of salsa and half the cheese. Repeat with chips, salsa and cheese.
2 Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Top with avocado, chilli, tomatoes, soured cream and coriander. Serve and enjoy!
