Just Add:
500 g lean beef mince
1 onion chopped
100ml soured cream
crispy lettuce
1 cucumber, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 avocado, chopped


1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan & cook onion until soft. Sizzle & stir beef over high heat for about 4 minutes. Add cooking sauce & 1/2 cup water. Simmer until sauce thickens and smells yummy. Mix together soured cream & topping mix, then set aside.
2 Warm Tortillas Remove tortillas from pack and divide into 2 stacks. Microwave: on High/800 watts for 30 seconds.
Times may vary depending on wattage of microwave oven.
Oven: wrap tortillas in foil and heat at 165°C (145°C fan-assisted ovens) for about 7 minutes
3 Load tacos with tasty beef, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, avocado & drizzle with creamy salsa.

Top Tip
Pimp your tacos by replacing beef with chicken or turkey mince

Just Add:
500g minced beef
1 lettuce
2 tomatoes
100ml sourced cream
100g grated cheese

Let's make yours... Tacos
Step 1
Combine the Topping Mix with the Sourced Cream, mix well to obtain a smooth creamy salsa. Brown the Mince in a little oil on a medium heat for 4 minutes. Pour the Cooking Sauce Over, give a good stir, bring to boil and Simmer uncovered for 2 minutes over low-medium heat.
Add Half of the Grated Cheese, stirring until the cheese is getting melted.
Step 2
Heat the Stand 'N Stuff™ Soft Tortillas; remove the tortillas from the packaging, separate them from each other:
Microwave: place them on a microwaveable plate. Heat for 30 seconds on full power (800 watts).
Oven: pre-heat oven 165°C (145°C fan-equipped ovens), gas mark 3. Wrap in foil or greaseproof paper. Heat for 7-9 minutes.
Keep them covered until ready to serve.
Do Not Heat or Microwave Tortillas in Package.
Step 3
Fill the Stand 'N Stuff™ Soft Tortillas with meaty filling, Serve with chopped tomatoes, remaining grated cheese and creamy salsa on the table.
