OMGTEA AAA Grade Matcha Green Tea is a very high grade organic, premium ceremonial matcha tea with a 1-Star Great Taste Award.


OMGTea AAA is made with leaves from the top of the plant and first harvest and ground using a traditional granite stone mill, a process that takes more than an hour to grind 30 grams.


A perfect all-rounder, it is ideal for consuming straight as tea and also as a latte. OMGTea - the extraordinary tea for extraordinary lives.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 90 days.

Sift ½ heaped teaspoon of matcha into a bowl or wide-mouthed mug. Add a few drops of hot not boiling water (80°C or less) and mix to create a paste. Fill with more hot water or milk of your choice and whisk until frothy and smooth.


Top Tips
Always use a tea strainer! Quality matcha is an ultra-fine microscopic powder meaning it easily becomes electrostatically charged and forms lumps, this is why the strainer is such an important tool in the preparation of the perfect cup of matcha.


If you don’t have a temperature control kettle, let it boil and then let it sit 10 minutes before preparing.
