Over 75 years ago, Mr Enno Onken had a dream to create delicious yogurt for his family and neighbours. First he thought, “current yogurt is too sour, what can I do to make it more tasty?” He discovered a wonderful blend of probiotic (bio) cultures that made his Onken yogurts mild and creamy.
