Ingredients
Stir fry:
1 twin pack oomi® noodles
1 bag stir fry veg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
dressing:
juice of 1lime
2 fresh red chilli
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
1 tsp honey
pinch of salt
method
chop or grate the chilli and mix with remaining dressing ingredients
stir fry veg in hot oil until tender, add noodles and cook for 1 min further
add dressing & mix till everything is coated with flavour
for extra crunch, top with toasted sesame seeds

good alternative if gluten free, otherwise alright
I got these as part of the meal deal and theyre good value. They taste fine for a substitute but unfortunately for me, theyre a step back from my usual noodles of choice. A little fishy smelling when handled, but didnt taste overly so. A great option if you are looking for high protein/gluten free, but if not, Id stick to what you already know.
Surprisingly good
I wasn't sure if I would like these given the fish origin. But they tasted very like normal egg noodles in stir fries and without the heaviness of carbs afterwards
great low carb alternative
I just love these in stir fries. They add texture, not like carb laden noodles, they're different but good. And they assist in building up your protein macros on LCHF way of eating. Highly recommend.

These are a bit rubbery and they dont quite do it for me a substitute to egg noodles unfortunately. Probably wont buy again.
Great noodle doodles
Him indoors did not notice the swap. Although made of fish, they are not fishy smelling or tasting, they have a slightly spongier texture but you don’t really notice this in a stir fry. Great value currently in the £6 meal deal and ideal for diabetics and anyone watching their carb levels. It’s a swap for us.
