Firm, sticky, aqueos and crisp. These little beauties add a burst of sweet/tart flavours to bring your meals to life. Offering a minty citrus aroma, with a tangy/sweet and slightly floral sour, lemon- lime flavour. Fantastic for garnishes, simply slice in half, gently squeeze to extract the pearls and layer over tacos, grain bowls, salads, risottos and cocktails.
