Product Information
Cherimoya Fruit is also known as the 'Custard Apple'. A medium sized green, heart shaped fruit with skin that gives the appearance of overlapping scales. They are smooth to touch, with a creamy white flesh and big glossy seeds.
How to eat Cherimoya:
Cut it open lengthways to reveal the creamy flesh
Scoop the flesh out removing the seeds
Chilling the fruit enhances the flavour and texture
A ripened Cherimoya is slightly brown on appearance - see last image above for example.
Best eaten when added to smoothies and desserts to give them a creamy texture
