Directions
- Before connecting the new brush head, clean any toothpaste residue from your toothbrush handle.
- Slide brush head onto pin until it clicks into place.
- Rinse brush head before first use and rinse thoroughly after each use.
- Replace your brush head every 2-3 months. Replace sooner if bristles become worn or frayed.

Before connecting the new brush head, clean any toothpaste residue from your toothbrush handle (you can use the old brush head to help with cleaning). Slide the new brush head onto the pin until it clicks into place. Rinse the brush head before first use and rinse thoroughly atter each use.
Dentists recommend replacing your brush head every three months, or sooner if bristles become worn or frayed.
Wet the bristles and apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste. Place the brush head in your mouth before powering on the toothbrush (saves you getting toothpaste everywhere).
Gently glide the brush along your teeth and gumline, ensuring you clean all surfaces of your teeth. No need to press too firmly, the sonic pulses do the hard work of sweeping plaque away, helping to fight cavities, tooth decay and gum disease. Brush for two minutes twice daily.
When you're done brushing, spit out any excess toothpaste but don't rinse your mouth with water - let the ingredients in the toothpaste help make your teeth strong and gums healthy.
Rinse your brush head, shake off any excess water and give it a quick dry - keeps it fresh for next time. Store your brush upright.
