The Organico pasta sauce range captures all the magic of Italian regional cooking. Our red pepper and balsamic vinegar sauce has a touch of sweetness but a delicious roundness and character.  It would be well complemented with fresh parsley and parmesan. 


Part of our double-concentrate ‘heat and serve’ sauce range, thick and rich in taste, with more than 1kg of tomatoes in every jar, we recommend you dilute with between half to a full jar of additional water.

tasted like tomato purée

I used this for pasta and the taste was overwhelming and not enjoyable. Just tasted like tomato purée.

Good

Got this when it was on offer. This is a concentrated and salty sauce. You do need to dilute this or use sparingly like pesto. I am happy to buy it again because it is flavoursome and it has good organic ingredients. Better still, when its on promo.

strong taste

the balsamic gives it punch. you only need a little bit, otherwise it gets overpowering and salty. nonetheless, an excellent sauce.

Delicious pasta sauce

I initially got this on offer but liked it so much I have been buying it ever since. I like to pour it over spinach and ricotta cannelloni and bake in the oven. Very tasty.
