To drink, dilute to taste with still, sparkling or warm water.
We recommend you dilute 1 part (20ml) Ósu with 9 parts of water.

The Best
Tried many different brands from the cheap and nasty to the expensive and overrated - OSU are the clear winner in every aspect. I drink it as it is, but would be good watered down and great for vinaigrettes.

A cousin who used to own a high end grocery store, highly recommended this product to me. It's the best one I've tried and I've tried different brands. This is not too strong, I dilute it.
