Do not use after the expiry date given. Store below 25°C.
Safety Warning:
Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children. If you are pregnant or taking other medicines or are under a doctor's care consult your doctor before using Otrivine. After first opening, the nasal spray can be used until the end of the shelf-life. Each Otrivine pack should be used by one person only to prevent any cross infection. Do not use after the expiry date given. Do not use continuously for more than seven consecutive days. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Warning: Do not exceed the stated dose.

The pump is useless
The pump works for the first couple of uses, then it needs to be primed after every single squirt. This has happened with numerous bottles and I can see that the bottle is far from empty. The liquid, when it does spray, actually works shame about the pump.
ok for a few days at most
Otrivine is good at clearing your nose so you can breathe easily. However it is easy to carry on using it and you rapidly get to the point where after a few hours , you are so blocked up you cant breathe through your nose at all unless you have another squirt of otrivine . It is possible to break out of the habit with will power and a few nights of much broken sleep. If you use the product , follow the instructions and dont use it for more than a few days.

Ocado ran out of stock on my usual steroid nasal spray so I decided to try this. I wish I hadn't. It left me with a sinus headache, thick yellow mucus, watery eyes and an extremely blocked nose.

The best there is!
I was diagnosed with chronic rhinitis about 10 years ago and have since used many different medications and sprays. After using this, I can finally sleep through the night without 'facial migraines' and inability to breathe. It works wonders, just one spray per nostril before bedtime is enough :)

My nose is very often congested and this is the only thing that works straight away and doesnt hurt my nose, as some nose sprays have done in the past. Couldnt live without it!
