Shallow Fry - From Frozen. Simply heat a tablespoon of oil on a medium to high heat in a frying pan, add chunks and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Yummy with crispy veggies and loads of sauce in a wrap!
