Strawberry Milkshake (Serves 1)
115g strawberries
20g banana
2 dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
200ml almond milk
1. Add ingredients to your blender
2. Add approximately 200ml of almond milk
3. Blend to your desired consistency
Strawberry Porridge (Serves 1)
40g oats
70g strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
250ml coconut milk
1. Blend milk, vanilla, syrup, salt and 35g strawberries
2. Gently heat the blended mixture and oats in a pan
3. Once ready, stir through 35g strawberries until soft
