Raspberry & Peach Smoothie (Serves 1)
55g raspberries
45g peach
50g banana
200ml almond milk
1. Add ingredients to your blender
2. Add approximately 200ml of almond milk
3. Blend to your desired consistency
Raspberry Jam (Serves 2)
150g raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1. Gently heat raspberries and honey in a pan
2. When soft, mash raspberries and add chia seeds
3. Heat for 5-10 minutes, remove from heat and enjoy!
