Our free-range whole chicken is slow grown on our family farm in Staffordshire to the highest welfare standards. Naturally tender, full of flavour and rich in protein, it’s a delicious, wholesome choice with depth and succulence you can really taste.


Our chickens roam freely on established English pasture, grazing on grasses and clovers, with access to perches, shelter, food and water. Reared for longer, this careful approach delivers consistent flavour and texture – bringing back how chicken used to taste.

Keep refrigerated.
Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, consume within 2 days.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month.
Defrost thoroughly before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

These premium boneless cuts are taken from the choicest part of the chicken breast, delivering exceptional tenderness and flavor. With their versatility, supremes can be pan-seared, baked, or grilled to perfection. Elevate your salads, pastas, and entrees with these succulent chicken supremes.


Cook from chilled. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Preheat oven: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5.
Place the chicken on a roasting tray, season, cover loosely with foil and cook for 30-35 minutes.
To check the chicken is cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the portion. If the juices run clear, the chicken is cooked. If they run pink, return to the oven for a further 5 minutes and re-test.
Remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes.
