Preparation and Usage
This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption. When pork is opened fully you may notice a faint odour, any odour will disappear after a few minutes.
Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.; Grill - From Chilled. Medium Heat (12-14 minutes). Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Place the medallions on a grill pan and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium Heat (8-10 minutes). Preheat a frying pan and add 5 ml of oil. Add the medallions and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
