Preparation and Usage
This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption. When pork is opened fully you may notice a faint odour, any odour will disappear after a few minutes.
Cooking guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the pork mince and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring regularly until browned. Add sauce and seasoning, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
