This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly before consumption. When pork is opened fully you may notice a faint odour, any odour will disappear after a few minutes.

Cooking Instructions - General. Ensure the product is piping hot.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4 - 28 minutes. Remove all packaging. Transfer to a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the preheated oven. Cook for 28 minutes. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout, the juices run clear, and no pink meat remains.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Fry - 4 minutes. Remove all packaging and dry the steaks and season with salt. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Pan fry the steaks for 2 minutes on each side.
