A timeless classic made with succulent free range chicken, delicately seasoned with a hint of sage and onion. Comforting, simple and full of flavour - just like a proper sausage should be. Naturally high in protein and low in fat, they’re a delicious choice for everyday meals.


Our slow-grown chickens are reared to high welfare standards on our family farm in Staffordshire. Free to roam on established English pasture, with grasses, clovers, perches and shelters, they’re raised for longer to deliver consistent flavour and tenderness - bringing back how chicken used to taste.

Preparation and Usage


OVEN COOK:


Preheat to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5.
Place sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.


GRILL:


Preheat grill to medium-high.
Place sausages on the grill rack and cook for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly.


FRY:


Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook sausages for 12–15 minutes, turning frequently for even browning.


AIRFRYER:


Preheat to 180°C.
Place sausages in a single layer and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.


Ensure sausages are cooked through, piping hot, and juices run clear. Do not reheat.
