To prepare one 226 ml serving, pour 190 ml of room temperature or cold water into a cup and gradually mix in 5 level scoops (approx. 50 g) of PaediaSure® Shake Teen Balance powder.
Serving = 5 scoops in 190 ml water to yield 226 ml.
