cinnamon challenge

tried these straight from the pack and wasn't sure - a bit stodgy, a bit doughy. I froze the remainder and have now cooked them in the oven (200 degrees around 12 minutes, fact fans) and they're great! Crisp on the outside but still a bit squidgy in the middle. I wish I had the self-control to let them cool a little and drizzle them with icing sugar/water paste

Soft, delicious and a lovely amount of cinnamon. A great breakfast treat. Definitely on our favourite shopping list.

These are lovely reminds me from my childhood - mini cinnamon buns! Its impossible to have just one!
