Our winning combo honey & soy
What you'll need
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 600g Sliced chicken - Also great with beef, pork, vegetables or seafood
- 1 Cup mixed vegetables - Snow peas & sliced carrot
- 1 Cup Asian green vegetables - Chinese broccoli, bok choy
- 2 Cups steamed long grain rice or noodles
Cooking instructions
1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
2. Add your choice of meat or seafood, cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
4. Reduce heat to low and stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
5. Serve with steamed long grain rice or noodles.
Chef's tip: Use as a marinade to grill or BBQ delicious honey soy chicken wings.
