Perfectly sweet yet savoury teriyaki chicken irresistibly tasty
What you'll need
- 600g Sliced chicken (thigh meat is the best)
- 1 Cup sliced vegetables (we recommend carrot, onion & bell pepper)
- 2 Cups of steamed rice
Cooking instructions
1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok
2. Add sliced chicken & cook on high until cooked, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
3. Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through
4. Reduce heat to low & stir for 2-3 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked
5. Serve immediately on a bed of steamed rice
